Issue Description

WT301&WT302 device is connected to the network server and is reporting data normally, but the time displayed on the device is inaccurate. After manually adjusting the time to the correct one, it stays correct for a while, but after about ten minutes, the device’s time reverts to an incorrect time (not natural time).

Checklist

Step 1:  Since the device gets its time from the LoRaWAN Network Server, check if the NS's time is accurate and the time zone is set correctly. If incorrect, make the necessary adjustments.

Step 2: Check if time zone setting of WT30x device is correct. If incorrect, adjust them.

Step 3: If there is any issue with above steps, power off the device completely and power it on again to ensure that the changes take effect.

Step 4:After the device restarts, it will take about five LoRa data packets for the time to synchronize automatically. This process takes around 10 to 30 minutes.

Step 5:If there are three or more devices with similar issues, please check them one by one. Avoid powering on or restart multiple devices at the same time to prevent "false network join" situations. The interval between powering on or restarting each device be at least 5 minutes.
