Milesight has released the new generation of UG63 device and this device is not compatible with Milesight IoT Cloud. Please refer Difference between UG63 Old and New Version to define which version your UG63 device belongs to.

  • If your device is new version

It is suggested to connect to Milesight Development Platform which support both management and LNS feature.

  • If your device is old version

Please follow below check list to troubleshooting:

1. Ensure the Internet network is no problem.

2. Ensure Embedded NS option and Milesight IoT Cloud mode is enabled.

3. Ensure the firewall of UG63 network does not block port 8883.

4. Change log severity to Debug and wait for more than 5 minutes, then download logs and submit to Milesight IoT team.
