Milesight Router UR32/UR35/UR75

Solution

Reboot Milesight Router

1. Via Hardware

You can unplug and replug the power adapter to reboot the router. When the SYSTEM LED blinks slowly, it means that the router has restarted successfully and is running properly.

2. Via Web Interface

Login web interfaces, go to Maintenance -> Reboot and click Reboot Now button to reboot the router.

Please wait till the login page pops up again, which means the router has restarted successfully.

Reset to Factory Default

1. Via Hardware

Press and hold the reset button for more than 5 seconds till the SYSTEM LED blinks rapidly. After reset, the router will reboot automatically. When the SYSTEM LED blinks slowly, it means that the router has restarted successfully and is running properly.

2. Via Web Interface

(1) Login web interface, and go to Maintenance ->Backup and Restore.

(2) Click Reset button under the Restore Factory Defaults.

(3) You will be asked to confirm if you’d like to reset it to factory defaults. Then click Reset button.

Then the router will reboot and restore to factory settings immediately.

Please wait till the login page pops up again, which means the router has already been reset to factory defaults successfully.
