Q2: Does the Milesight IoT Cloud support complex calculations?
Answer: No, it only supports simply calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. If it's necessary for you to use complex equations, it's suggested to use other application servers to process it.
Q3: Is it possible to import a company logo to the reports in Milesight IoT Cloud?
Answer: The report does not support importing logos. If you have any requests for it, please contact Milesight about it.
Q4: Can I configure the RS232 Modbus channel of UC11-D1-DC to read the data in Milesight IoT Cloud?
Answer: Not support. You can use a RS232 to RS485 converter to connect your RS232 Modbus sensor to N1 and read the data from Milesight IoT Cloud.
Q5: Does the Milesight IoT Cloud support to enable the remote recording of CCTV cameras which are installed at remote sites?
Answer: No, Milesight IoT cloud only supports Milesight IoT product management and data visualization. For CCTV manage softwares, please use Milesight VMS or CMS software. For details please refer to https://www.milesight.com/ or contact support@milesight.com.
