Regarding the sampling frequency, unfortunately this cannot be changed. A higher sampling frequency is used to obtain a more precise RMS current value.
Regarding cumulative current, we may not currently have direct access to data precise to the second, as 1 second represents the calculation interval. Shorter calculation intervals enable more accurate cumulative current calculation while ensuring quick alarm response.
In other words, both frequencies serve to obtain more precise data within the power system for subsequent energy consumption analysis.

It is not clear to me from the documentation 1.) how to change the sampling frequency and 2.) if there is anyway to get the data at durations lower than 1min. I know that is the lowest reporting duration, but the product page says, "Calculate accumulated ampere hour in real-time at a one-second interval. This enables precise current consumption monitoring and analysis, achieving goals such as energy conservation and reduced operational costs." Is there anyway to access that data. If not, what is the purpose relative to the 3.3 kHz.
