PoE control feature requires both hardware support and software support.

Supported Hardware Version: V3.0 and later for UR32/UR35, V4.0 and later for UR32L

Supported Firmware Version: 3x.3.0.8 and later

If the hardware version of your devices do not match, please contact Milesight sales to purchase new units to support this feature.

Note: hardware version and firmware version can be checked on the web GUI or you can submit the SN of unit to technical support to enquire the version numbers.
