How to Create Your Ursalink Cloud Account
Open Ursalink Cloud App and tap “Sign up” to register a new Ursalink Cloud account.
How to Select Login Server
You can tap Advanced Settings to select the Server to login.
Note: You can not share or tranfer device to different server account.
Add Ursalink Gateways and Devices
Before you use Ursalink Cloud App, please make sure the gateway is able to access the Internet and the Ursalink Cloud mode is enabled.
Ursalink Cloud App supports two methods to add device: scanning code or entering SN code manually.
Method 1: By Scanning Code
Click “+” , hold your phone and make sure the QR code/barcode is clearly displayed within the area (you can find the QR code/barcode on the outer package). After the QR code/barcode is recognized, you can fill out the required fields and click “add” to complete the setup.
Method 2: By Entering SN Code Manually
Tap “Manually Enter Device SN Code” and fill out the required fields to complete the setup.
Use Pull-to-refresh to update your device state. You can also use this method to refresh the data.
Choose a device and tap “Settings” to configure the device.
Note: the configuration will only be loaded if the device is successfully connected to the gateway. The time to take effect will vary by the Class Type of end nodes. For example, when device type is Class A, the changes will take effect at the next reporting intervals.
Long press the device to enter the bulk delete page.
Event and History
Choose a device and go to “History”. Select a time period to view the corresponding history data.
You can also choose to view the different data collected from different sensors by tapping on the color.
In the “Event”, you can view the “Alarm”, “Trigger” and add recipient.
How to Share Devices
Go to “Me” > “Sharing Center” and add a contact. Tap “Permission Management” and share devices.
Quick Login Web Page Via APP
Go to cloud.ursalink.com on computer and click “QR Code” on the upper right corner.
Tap on mobile and scan the code to quickly log in to your Ursalink Cloud account on web.
How to Check and Upgrade Account Level
Go to “Me” > “Member Center” to check your accounte level and current function usage. If you need to upgrade your account, tap "Upgrade Account" to submit requirement table or contact to sales directly.
