First, please check if the status of device is Joined:
- Joined: The device has joined the LoRa network.
- Not Joined: The gateway has not received the join-request .
- Failed: The device has failed to join the LoRa network, please check if the App Key is 5572404 c696e6b4c6f52613230313823 through ToolBox.
If the status of device is Joined and the gateway is online, and the device’s data is still not shown on the Ursalink Cloud, please go to the gateway’s Web GUI > LoRaWAN > Network Server > Packets, to check if there is uplink packet from the device.
If there is no uplink packet from the device, then the uplink packets from the device are not received by gateway, please check the device’s configuration.
Note: By checking the Confirmed mode, the device will resend the packet in case the cloud does not receive the previous packet sent by the device.
